State Route 195, also known as the Robert A. Vaughan Expressway, is a divided highway, designed to be upgraded to a freeway in the future. It serves as a bypass of US 95 around Yuma between the Mexican border in San Luis and I-8.

SR 195 is a divided highway that runs along its likely future interchange exit ramps until the bridges are built to complete the interchanges. Part of Loop 303 and SR 24 are similar in this case.
