AZ 989

State Route 989 (Tangerine Rd) was originally an unsigned state highway that was a part of a proposed plan for highways in the Tucson area that was mostly scrapped. Despite the scrapped plans, SR 989 continued to be maintained by ADOT until 2019, when it was officially returned to the town of Oro Valley in this right-of-way resolution.
