AZ 238

State Route 238 runs between Mobile and Maricopa. SR 238 was created to serve a now cancelled hazardous waste plant. Now it can be used as a shortcut between Phoenix and Yuma or San Diego or as an access road to the Sonoran Desert National Monument.

Cool Features

SR 238 continues westward from its end as a county road to Gila Bend. The mile markers for the entire road begin in Gila Bend.
