AZ 589

State Route 589 was proposed as the Campbell/Kino Hwy and, as expected, would've ran along Kino Pkwy & Campbell Ave from SR 910 (Valencia Rd) to SR 110 (Grant Rd). I'm not really sure what the purpose of this and its proposed sister highway, SR 489, was. Though these proposals would probably explain the weird partial cloverleaf interchanges that ADOT built at Palo Verde Rd/Alvernon Way and at Kino Pkwy/Campbell Ave on I-10 where these proposed routes would've gone.
