Northern Parkway
Northern Parkway is a limited-access parkway that supplants Northern Avenue between Loop 303 and Dysart Road. East of that, it will replace Northern Avenue. This is a unique roadway as it is maintained by Maricopa County rather than being a state route maintained by ADOT. The project began in 2012 and is expected to be completed in 2025.
